This is one of the most personal and important projects we have done in Studio by Clikalia. And it is for several reasons: because it was the opening of the fifth headquarters of Clikalia in Spain and also the first concept store at street level of the company. It was a great opportunity to create a space open to everyone that would transmit what makes Clikalia unique and in which any visitor could design, see and feel their future renovation.
The premises, located at No. 58 of the central street of Ciril Amorós in Valencia, we reformed it almost completely to make it what it is today: an open, modern, elegant and bright space that invites you to enter. From the beginning we were very clear that we wanted the place to be a reflection of Clikalia, and Studio by Clikalia in particular.
To do this, we created an interactive area of over 40 square meters with a curved screen of almost 4 meters wide by 2 meters high, so that the feeling of immersion was total and in which visitors could experience, in the most hyper-realistic and interactive way possible, with its future reform. All this thanks to the latest technology in video games that we apply to our projects with the Unreal Engine graphics engine, used by such technically cutting-edge video games as Fortnite.
Another of the most special areas we designed was the co-creation space. Here visitors can see, choose and even touch some of the materials and textures that will shape their future renovation and design together with our architects down to the last detail.
In addition, we designed a meeting room for our clients to have a quiet and comfortable space to get information about our services and to be able to attend them in a private and personalized way.
If we focus on the more specific details of the renovation, we decided to keep the original upper mural and brick cladding throughout the space to keep intact part of its history, personality and character. This, combined with the micro-cement flooring and practical wooden furniture designed exclusively by us for this office, helped us to create a modern and practical, yet cozy space.
The result is a concept store that catches the eye from the outside, thanks to its large windows, and that you fall in love with as soon as you step inside.
