CLIKALIA, in accordance with current legislation on the Protection of Personal Data, informs users of the website studiobyclikalia.es (hereinafter, the Site) Privacy Policy and Data Protection that will apply in the processing of personal data that the User voluntarily provides when accessing its website.

CLIPISO DESARROLLO S.L.U. acts as a service provider, in charge of the processing, for the integral management of the Entities that form the CLIKALIA.

 

Data origin

The data comes from the Studio by Clikalia website itself, from any of the companies of the Clikalia Group, reflected in the Legal Notice, if you have given us your consent from social networks where the Group is present, from third parties with which the Group has formalized collaboration agreements, or by different portals from where you have sent us the request for information.

 

Purposes

  • Management of the relationship established with the user.
  • Clikalia Studio: Duly respond to your request to receive a quote for the renovation of the property and / or get a quote for interior design, by various means, including electronic, via SMS, WhatsApp, e-mail, phone call.
  • Cookies: maintain the registered user login, shopping cart validity, provide statistics associated with the use of the Site, location of our offices and anti-spam systems (captcha).
  • Sending communications of a commercial nature of the Group, and any other expressly requested, by different means, including electronic, by SMS, WhatsApp, e-mail, phone call.
  • Call Center: Call Center: to respond to your request about any of our own or third party services that we offer, project management, improve our quality system, as well as the management of incidents and complaints by telephone.
  • Customer service and incident management.
  • CLIKALIA Studio may send you commercial communications concerning products or services of its own company that are similar to those that were initially contracted by WhatsApp, call, email or SMS. Legitimation and conservation

  • If you wish to receive information about accessory services such as alarms, security, PAO doors, management of procedures in reference to real estate operations, your data will be transferred to CLIPISO DESARROLLO S.L.U.
  • If you wish to receive information about insurance related services, your data will be transferred to CLIKALIA MEDIACIÓN DE SEGUROS S.L.U.
  • To third parties with whom Clikalia has formalized commercial collaboration agreements for the promotion of their products and services and that are specified in the terms and conditions of each product or service, available on the website of Clikalia.
  • To third parties with whom Clikalia has formalized collaboration agreements for the provision of maintenance services, repairs, etc.
  • Responsible for web analytics services: The Page has enabled Google Analytics services provided by Google LLC. The interaction with users through the use of this tool involves the international transfer of analytical and technical data related to the Site.
  • The management of customer incidents will involve an international transfer of data because it is carried out using software from Zendesk, Inc., a company that adheres to the Data Privacy Framework Adequacy Decision, which allows the flow of data from European citizens to the US.
  • Holders of social networks: Clikalia uses social networks. The interaction with users through the use of such profiles or tools involves the international transfer of data (analytical and technical) to the servers of the social network.

Rights of interested parties

The interested parties have the right to withdraw the consent given.

The interested parties have the right to complain to the Control Authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es).

The user shall be solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to the Company.

The Company adopts the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the personal data contained therein and to prevent their alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data and the risks to which they are exposed.
