This house, located in Madrid's Ríos Rosas neighborhood, originally had too many and too small rooms, which was a real handicap for Iñaki, its owner.

There were enough meters to make the most of the property, but they were poorly used, something that fortunately we have been able to solve successfully in a short period of time.

Thanks to a series of adjustments, today we can say that we are facing a new scenario: an elegant two-bedroom house to which we have provided plenty of natural light thanks to a functional distribution of space. We have eliminated the uninhabitable rooms that the house had, in order to give the facade to key places: living-dining room and bedroom.

Before the renovation, the kitchen was accessed through a courtesy closet that divided the public and private parts of the house. Now this renovated space enjoys a zoned proposal in two fronts: one for work (countertop and wall units) and the other with the towers (storage and appliances).

Its design transmits peace and harmony, highlighting some of the key elements of the project such as its characteristic exposed brick, giving all the prominence to the light that now floods the different rooms.

In this sense, the LED lighting that we have added, allows zoning the use of the most unloaded spaces of the house and highlights specific details of the original composition of the building.

The reduction of rooms in their old house has given way to a more open and welcoming environment, with a distribution that allows abundant natural lighting, contributing significantly to the feeling of spaciousness and comfort.

The adjustments in the organization of the space offer a solution that perfectly combines the needs of work and rest.

In short, today Iñaki enjoys a renovated home that represents an ideal balance between beauty, functionality and comfort, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his daily life.
